Are you ready to be the last bender?

What is the Challenge?

The Last Light Bender Challenge is an epic STEM quest where students become masters of light. Using our Light'N Race kit, they will:

  • Design intricate race courses, bending light with mirrors, lenses, and other elements.

  • Guide beams of light with precision, channeling their inner light bender.

  • Experiment with the speed and properties of light, unlocking its secrets.

  • Compete for the title of "Fastest Light Bender" and "Most Creative Course Design.

Why Should Your School Become a Light Bending Academy?

  • Harness the Power of STEM: Transform light into a thrilling learning adventure.

  • Nurture Inner Scientists: Spark curiosity, problem-solving, and a love for experimentation.

  • Champion Your Light Benders: Showcase your school's commitment to mastering the elements of STEM.

  • Win Legendary Prizes: Potential to win Light'N Race sets and become a featured legend on our Kickstarter campaign.

  • Ignite the Future of STEM: Help bring the thrill of Light'N Race to students across the globe.

How to Join the Quest?

  • A Council Will Decide: Our team will select schools that exude light bending potential.

Game Rules

The aim is to reflect the light to the solar panels on the cars and generate electricity by creating an electric current. The cars will accelerate thanks to the electricity generated through solar panels.

How to Play?

Players take their places opposite each other. When the referee gives the signal to start the game, the players switch on the cars and drop them to the starting point. The game is started via the control panel. Each player has two controllers that control two mirrors. With these controls, the mirrors are moved in the desired direction. The aim is to reflect the daylight produced from the projector onto the solar panels by projecting over mirrors to accelerate the cars. During the game, the number of laps taken by the players is measured through the control panel and monitored by the referee. The team who reaches the finish line by reaching the number of determined laps, wins the race.

The game time and number of laps is determined and monitored by the referee. It is against the rules to interfere with the advancing tools without the permission of the referee. The competitor who does not comply with the rules is penalized by stopping the vehicle for the period determined by the referee.
